b. Payment Information

When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We receive and store a record of your transaction including the amount paid, date, and scopes purchased. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

c. Content You Upload

If you upload a company logo, that file is stored securely in our cloud storage. You may delete or replace your logo at any time from your account settings.

d. Usage and Customization Data

We store your scope customizations including custom scope names, cost codes, terminology preferences, excluded lines, custom lines, and line overrides. We also store records of when you generated documents.

e. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the Service. This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
